摘　　要：采用离子色谱法分离、电化学检测器检测,外标法定量测定牛乳中乳果糖的质量浓度。此法是将样品通过质量分数为2%的醋酸沉淀蛋白后滤液上机测定,该方法较酶法具有快速、准确、操作简单、易于掌握等特点。Lactulose is one of the important indicators for identification of reconstituted milk. This study uses the ion chromatography separation, electrochemical detection, determination of lactulose milk external standard method for quantitative. This method is the determination of the filtrate machine samples by 2% acetic acid, Compared with the enzymatic method has the characteristics of fast, accurate, simple operation, easy to master.
