摘 要:逆变焊接电源作为焊接过程中的一种能量转换设备,通常工作在强干扰等复杂恶劣的环境中,为了有效地滤除电源中夹杂的噪声,提出了一种基于卡尔曼预测的焊接电源信号去噪处理方法。首先分析了焊接过程中电流反馈信号特点,针对电流反馈信号的具体特征,建立了卡尔曼预测的数学模型,由测量值和预测值的残差对脉冲干扰发生的时间和幅值大小进行估计。将残差阈值作为电源反馈信号处理的临界点,从观测信号中对有价值的信息进行了提取,为脉冲宽度调制提供准确的反馈电流信号。仿真结果表明,与传统的几种滤波方法相比,该方法动态响应速度更快,能够有效地获得有价值的电流信号,保证逆变焊机的精确、可靠地运行。In order to effectively remove the noise of the inverter welding power supply,a welding power supply signal denoising method was proposed based on Kalman prediction.Firstly,the characteristics of current feedback signal in welding process were analyzed,and according to the specific characteristics of current feedback signal,the minimum variance estimation equation was set up,and the time and amplitude of pulse interference were estimated by the residual of the measured value and the predicted value.The residual threshold was used as the critical point of the power feedback signal processing,and the value of the signal was extracted from the observation signal,which provides an accurate feedback current signal to the current mode pulse width modulation controller.The simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce the effect of the process noise and the measurement noise effectively compared with the traditional methods.
