依托专业学术会议出版高质量专辑的办刊实践--以《有机化学》出版“金属有机化学专辑”为例

摘　　要：【目的】尝试优化专辑组织流程、改进运作细节,以期探索出一条出版高质量学术专辑的有效途径。【方法】以《有机化学》依托"中国化学会第17届全国金属有机化学学术研讨会"出版"金属有机化学专辑"为例,探讨专辑出版在选题策划、实施准备、编辑出版、宣传推广等阶段的实施策略,分析专辑的出版质量,总结该方法的优点、特点和局限性。【结果】该专辑出版的文章有较高的学术价值和影响力,该方法在一定条件下是有效、可复制的,对科技期刊有借鉴价值。【结论】在组织得当、方法正确的前提下,利用专业学术会议也可以出版高质量专辑,进而提升期刊学术水平和影响力。[Purposes]This article optimizes the organizational process and improves operational details in order to explore an effective way for publishing a high-quality academic journal issue. [Methods] Taking the Chinese Journal of Organic Chemistry＇s special issue ＂Organometallic Chemistry Monographs＂ relying on the ＂17th National Organometallic Chemistry Symposium of Chinese Chemical Society as an example,We probed into implementing strategies of monograph topic planning,preparation,edition,publishing and promotion. And the publication quality of this special issue was discussed. Besides,the experience and existing problems were summarized. [Findings] Papers published in the special issue have high academic value and impact. This indicates that the method reported in this paper is effective, reproducible, and worthy to be popularized under certain conditions.[Conclusions] With proper organization and scientific methods,high-quality special issues can be published by using relevant resources from professional academic conferences,which is effective to increase the academic level and influence of academic journals.
