摘　　要：高校的学生资助是促进教育公平、保证社会公平正义在高等教育领域的重要政策手段,高校资助政策的实施,可以从宏观层面平衡社会贫富差距在高等教育系统内部的影响,同时从微观层面改善在校贫困生的生活水平。通过对现行高校学生资助的工作机制进行梳理,分析其运行受阻的原因,对于创新高校的学生工作机制,提升高校资助工作的效能,具有鲜明的时代意义。the university student financial support is to promote education fairness,guarantee social justice in the field of higher education,the implementation of the policy,can balance the social gap between rich and poor in the higher education system,and from the micro level to improve the living standards of poor students in school. Through the current university student funded work mechanism to sort out,analyze the reasons for the operation of the University,the students work mechanism,improve the efficiency of the University funded work,has a distinct time significance.
