摘　　要：地方本科高校转型发展的背后内隐着一定的发展动力源泉和保障其实现的路径,因而,它也就成为高等教育发展的一种趋势,甚至是一种必然。具体而言,地方本科高校转型发展的动力源泉主要体现在它是践行科学发展观的应然之理、促进地方经济社会发展的必然之择、实现自身发展的实然之需和维系家庭和谐关系的超然之求等四个方面;而其实现路径则主要通过政府的大力支持与帮助、社会观念与行为的转变、学校自身的主动变革和家庭关系的积极改善等四个方面来达成。The transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities is hidden the development power source and the realization path which can give it security. Therefore,it becomes a trend of higher education development,even a necessity. Specifically,the power source of transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities is mainly reflected in four aspects： the theory of practicing the scientific development concept,the inevitable choice of promoting local economic and social development,the needs of realizing its own development and the detached demand of maintaining a harmonious relationship in the family. For the realization path,it is also reflected in four aspects： the government＇s strong support and help,the change of social ideas and behavior,the positive change of school itself and the positive improvement of family relationship.
