摘　　要：文章在分析地方政府、地方高校和农村学校合作共建的必然性基础上,着重分析地方高校在人才培养、科学研究、服务社会方面的优势,给予地方高校农村教育改革推动者、教育资源提供者、农村校长和教师培训承担者的角色定位,并提出了推进农村教育改革、综合配置教育资源、培训师资提高质量等三个方面的建议,以保证三者合作共建工作的顺利开展。This paper firstly gives a full analysis of the advantages in talents cultivation,scientific research and social service based on the research of the inevitability of the cooperative project among the local government,local colleges and rural schools. Secondly,it presents a role definition to the campaigner of rural college educator,provider of the educational source and the bearer of the rural headmaster and teacher training. At last,it puts forward three suggestions on promoting rural education reform,allocating education resources comprehensively,improving faculty training quality,which can ensure the cooperative project working smoothly.
