思想政治教育视域下高校社团发展研究

摘　　要：社团只是载体,育人才是核心。新时期,高校社团以其多方面特点,已经成为开展思想政治教育的重要抓手。文章从高校思想政治教育和社团的实际特点出发,分析了思想政治教育和社团工作之间的关系,剖析了当前高校社团发展中存在的诸多问题,并从坚持主流思想引领、推行社团导师制、优化社团发展结构等方面提出相应的对策建议,促进思想政治教育与社团工作的相互融合,为充分发挥高校社团育人效果、提升大学生思想政治教育作用实效提供参考。The core of universities is to educate students,with a students＇ society being one of the ways to achieve this goal. Currently,students＇ societies at universities represent various features and thus have become an important aspect in developing ideological and political education. Based on the practical features of ideological and political education and students＇ societies,this paper analyzes the relationship between ideological and political education and students＇ societies,and casts a critical eye on the problems existing in current students＇ societies at universities. Accordingly,this paper offers some suggestions about following mainstream thoughts＇ guidance,implementing tutor system in student＇s societies and optimizing the structures of students＇ societies so as to improve the integration between ideological and political education and students＇ societies,to express the education effect of students＇ societies.Therefore,this study provides some insights into the roles of students＇ societies in promoting ideological and political education and students＇ societies at universities.
