摘　　要：系统介绍广义线性模型的研究概况和最新进展,主要包括广义线性模型的极大似然估计理论和拟似然估计理论、广义线性模型在复杂数据中的应用以及广义线性模型的经验似然和变量选择问题。并指出了广义线性模型将会在高维数据的理论和应用研究方面有所发展。A comprehensive review and the latest progress of the generalized linear models is studied,including the maximum likelihood estimate theory and the maximum quasi-likelihood estimate theory of generalized linear models,its application with complicated data,the empirical likelihood and variable selection in generalized linear models.At last,it is noted that the future possible research areas will be in the theory and application of high dimension data.
