摘 要:从糖类在自然界的存在切入主题,论述糖类是取之不尽的天然资源,以及糖类与生态环境的良性循环。糖类除了作为人们的生活资料被消费外,还是轻工、食品、化工、医药、能源等工业的生产资料。指出糖类虽是可再生的资源,但必须对其合理利用,充分发挥其效能,这对制糖工业的可持续发展和生态环保都有重大的现实意义。此外,糖生物科学在人类生命活动中也起着举足轻重的作用。The topic is introduced from the presence of sugars in nature. Sugars are inexhaustible natural resources as well as playing important roles in the cycle of ecological environment. In addition to consumption for people's livelihood, sugars are also the raw material of light industry, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, energy and other industrial production. It is pointed out that sugars are renewable resources, but must be reasonable used, give full play to its wholesome effect; it is of great realistic meaning to the sustainable development of sugar industry and ecological environmental protection. Meanwhile, sugars also play an important role in the life activities of mankind.
