美国体育学博士学科评估体系的解析与启示

摘　　要：基于体育学可持续发展的国际化视角,运用文献资料、逻辑分析、实地考察等研究方法,以美国2005、2010、2015年三次体育学博士学科评估结果为依据,从辨析体育学学科形成的历史背景入手,对美国体育科学院发展历史、博士学科评估体系建设背景,以及整个评估内容体系进行逻辑分析。结果表明:美国近二十年才正式形成独立的体育学学科体系;建立的体育学博士学科评估体系经历了酝酿期、形成期、试验期和评估期四个发展阶段;整个评估体系呈现出动态、客观、专业和指导的特征。中国应该从建立专业评估体系,注重过程性评估机制以及加强对评估结果实际应用等方面来全面建设体育学博士学科评估体系并形成长效机制。Based on the international perspective on sustainable development of kinesiology,and in use of literature study,logical analysis,field investigation and other research methods,the three times of evaluation results of doctoral programs in kinesiology in the United States were analyzed,including the historical background of the formation of kinesiology,the development history of the American Academy of Kinesiology,the construction of the evaluation system,and the logic of the whole evaluation system.The research showed that the United States formally had just formed an independent kinesiology for about twenty years.The doctoral programs evaluation system in kinesiology experienced stages of planning,formation,testing and evaluation.The evaluation system characteristic was dynamic,objective,professional,and oriented.The enlightenment was that in China professional evaluation system should be established with emphasis on both formative evaluation and practical application of evaluation results.
