摘　　要：本论文综合运用中医文献学方法,对中医传统历史文献中有关肝纤维化的记载和论述进行了系统研究。经研究得出结论,中医传统历史文献中的"肝积"病名与肝纤维化最为接近。深入挖掘中医传统历史文献中有关"肝积"的研究和成果,对中医临床肝纤维化的治疗具有重要的意义。With a comprehensive approach of methods of TCM philology,this paper has studied systematically the accounts of hepatic fibrosis in the traditional historical literature of TCM. Through studying, an conclution was made.It is that ＂ liver volume＂ disease in the traditional historical literature of TCM is closest to hepatic fibrosis on the connotation. So it is important to dig deeply the accounts of ＂liver volume＂ disease in the traditional historical literature of TCM.
