摘 要:目的:观察莪术通络颗粒对大鼠冠状动脉微血栓炎症因子氧化应激一氧化氮、血管紧张素II、血栓素A2干预作用,与冠脉血流储备功能的相关性研究;方法:通过血栓微颗粒诱导大鼠冠状动脉微循环内形成急性血栓,1天后按照随机分组方法,将60只大鼠均分到实验组及对照组、空白组,分别给予莪术通络颗粒、硝酸甘油、生理盐水灌胃,术后28 d查一氧化氮、血管紧张素II、血栓素A2(TXA2);结果:在一氧化氮增多方面:莪术通络颗粒组优于硝酸甘油组(P<0.05),硝酸甘油组优于空白组(P<0.05)。在血管紧张素II减少方面:莪术通络颗粒组优于硝酸甘油组、空白组(P<0.05),硝酸甘油组与空白组疗效相当(P>0.05)。在减少血栓素A2方面:莪术通络颗粒组优于硝酸甘油组、空白组(P<0.05),硝酸甘油组与空白组疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论:莪术通络颗粒具有改善冠脉血流储备功能。Objective : To observe the intervention effect of Ezhu Granules on nitric oxide, angiotensin II and thrombox- ane A2 (TXA2) of rats coronary artery thrombosis inflammation factors oxidative stress and the correlation of coronary blood flow reserve function. Methods : The acute thrombosis in coronary microcirculation of rats was induced by the throm- bosis micro particle. One day later, according to randomized method, a total of 60 rats were divided into the experimental group, the control group and the blank group, which were respectively given Ezhu Granules, nitroglycerin and saline by lav- age. 28 days after operation, we tested the nitric oxide, angiotensin II and TXA2. Results : In terms of increased nitric ox- ide : Ezhu Granules group was better than the nitroglycerin group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and nitroglycerin group better than the blank group (P 〈 0.05 ). In terms of angiotensin II reduce : Ezhu Granules group was better than the nitroglycerin group and blank group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The nitroglycerin between treatment group and blank group was not significant (P 〉 0.05). In the aspect of reducing TXA2 : Ezhu Granules group was better than the nitroglycerin group and blank group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and nitroglycerin between treatment group and blank group not significant ( P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion : Ezhu Granules can improve the function of coronary blood flow reserve.
