摘  要:目的:阐明冰片开放血脑肿瘤屏障(blood-brain tumor barrier,BTB)程度与H_2受体表达情况的相关性。方法:建立C6、RG2和9L大鼠颅内移植瘤模型,测定各移植瘤模型鼠冰片灌胃后各组脑肿瘤组织伊文氏蓝含量,免疫组化法检测各组移植瘤模型鼠脑肿瘤组织H_2受体表达情况。结果:伊文氏蓝含量C6组高于RG2组(P<0.05),C6组与9L组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),RG2组与9L组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);C6组H_2受体在阳性面积、平均光密度、总光密度均高于RG2组(P<0.05),C6组H_2受体平均光密度与9L组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),RG2组H_2受体平均光密度与9L组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:冰片开放BTB的程度与H_2受体平均光密度呈较好的相关性。Objective: To clarify the relationship between the extent of borneol open blood - brain tumor barrier (BTB) and the expression of H2 receptor. Methods: The intracranial tumor xenograft rat models of C6, RG2 and 9L were established respectively. The concentration of Evans blue in each group was detected both tumor and contralateral brain tissue by using of the established Evans blue standard curve after giving bomeol through i.g. administration. The expres- sions of H2 receptor in three kinds of BTB models were detected respectively by immunohistochemistry. Results : The con- centration of Evans blue in C6 model group was higher than RG2 model group( P 〈 0.05)while there was no significance both in C6 model group vs 9L model group and RG2 model group vs 9L model group( P 〉0.05). The expressions of H2 receptor with positive area, mean density and total density in C6 model group were higher than those of RG2 model group ( P 〈 0.05 ) while there was no significance of H2 receptor with mean density both in C6 model group vs 9L model group and RG2 model group vs 9L model group( P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The expression of H2 receptor with mean density is consistent with the extent of borneol open BTB.
