活络散治疗颞下颌关节后区疼痛疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨活络散治疗颞下颌关节后区疼痛治疗疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年5月于医院口腔科诊治的颞下颌关节后区疼痛患者73例,根据随机数字表法随机分为两组:对照组36例,行临床常规疗法治疗;实验组37例,在与对照组相同的临床常规治疗基础上加用活络散予以治疗,检测两组患者Friction颞下颌关节指数、血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)和不良反应的变化,进而对两种治疗方法的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果:与对照组比较,实验组患者血清MMP-2、Hyp水平较低(P<0.05),DI、PI、CMI指数水平较低(P<0.05);实验组总有效率较高(P<0.05),实验组不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论:活络散对颞下颌关节后区疼痛患者治疗据有较好的临床疗效,且能有效降低患者血清MMP-2、Hpy、Friction颞下颌关节指数水平,对临床治疗颞下颌关节后区疼痛具有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Huoluo Powder pm patients with disorders of temporomandibular joint. Methods： Seventy- three cases with disorders of temporomandibular joint were selected and divided into two groups. The control group＇s 36 cases were treated by routine clinical treatment and 37 cases in the experimental group combined with Huoluo Powder. Friction temporomandibular joint index,serum matrix metalloproteinase- 2（ MMP- 2）,hydroxyproline（ Hyp） and adverse reactions were compared after the treatment. Results： Compared with the control group,the serum levels of MMP- 2 and Hyp were lower（ P〈0. 05）. PI,CMI and DI were lower（ P〈0. 05） and the total efficiency was higher（ P〈0. 05） and the adverse reactions were less（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huoluo Powder,in the treatment of temporomandibular joint posterior pain,can effectively reduce the patients＇ serum MMP- 2,Hpy,friction of temporomandibular joint index level and has important significance.
