摘  要:目的:评价不同根管湿润性对4种根管糊剂封闭性能的影响。方法:按纳入标准选用112个新鲜拔出的单根管恒牙,沿颈部截去牙冠,冠向下法预备根管。其中96个牙随机分为A(AH-plus糊剂)、M(MTA糊剂)、I(IRoot糊剂)、E(Endosequence糊剂)4个大组(n=24),每大组再随机分为D(Dry,根管完全干燥)、L(Less dry,根管部分干燥)、m(Moist,根管部分湿润)、W(Wet,根管完全湿润)4个亚组(n=6)。其余16个牙随机分为阳性、阴性对照组(n=8)。全部牙按各小组根管湿润性条件干燥后,即刻用各组对应的糊剂与大锥度牙胶配合进行根管热牙胶充填。染料渗入法测量充填7 d后根尖微渗漏的发生情况。结果:在完全干燥(D)条件下,A组染色线长度最小,与M、E组相比差异显著(P<0.05);在完全湿润(W)条件下,I组染色线长度最小,与A、M组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在根管湿润状态下,IRoot、Endosequence糊剂封闭性能优于AH-plus、MTA糊剂。AIM: To study the effects of dentin moisture condition on the closure property of 4 root canal sealants. METHODS: 112 freshly extracted permanent teeth with single root canal were included. After crown removal and root canal preparation,96 teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups( n = 24) : A( AH- plus),M( MTA),I( IRoot) and E( Endosequence). And each group were further divided into 4 sub- groups: D( Dry),L( Less dry),m( Moist) and W( Wet). The remaining 16 teeth were used as positive and negative controls respectively. The root canals were filled with corresponding sealants by warm gutta- percha after different drying procedures. Micro- leakage was assessed by ink staining 7 d after canal filling. RESULTS: The mean depth of ink dye penetration of AH-plus was the minimum under dry condition in contrast to MTA and Endosequence( P 〈 0. 05). The mean depth of ink dye penetration of IRoot was the minimum under wet condition in contrast to AH- plus and MTA( P 〈 0. 05). CONCLUSION:The closure property of IRoot and Endosequence is better than that of AH-plus and MTA under moist and wet root canal conditions.
