摘  要:目的:探讨住院肿瘤病人营养风险状况,为进行合理营养支持提供参考。方法:采用NRS-2002量表对199例住院肿瘤病人进行营养风险评分,并记录病人入院后白蛋白、前白蛋白(prealbumin,PA)等营养指标。结果:199例病人中评估为具有营养风险者共62例(31.16%),年龄≥60岁病人或肿瘤位于消化系统病人营养风险发生率相对更高。营养风险发生率与病人接受化疗的次数正相关;白蛋白及PA指标在具有营养风险病人中显著降低。结论:肿瘤病人由于多种因素易发生营养风险或营养不良状况,应重视对其进行早期营养风险筛查,制定合理营养干预措施。Objective:To investigate the incidence of nutrition risk in cancer patients,and provide evidence for proper application of nutritional support.Methods:A total of 199 cancer inpatients were assessed by nutritional risk screening-2002(NRS-2002),and the levels of albumin and prealbumin(PA)of patients were recorded during their stay in hospital.Results:Of the 199 patients,62(31.16%)were assessed as having nutritional risk.The patients with an age over 60 or with digestive system tumor tended to have relatively higher rate of nutritional risk.The incidence of nutritional risk was positively correlated with the times of chemotherapy that the patients received.The levels of albumin and PA were significantly lower in the patients having nutritional risk.Conclusion:Due to various factors,cancer patients were more vulnerable to nutritional risk and malnutrition.With this reason,more attention should be paid to early nutritional risk screening and proper nutritional intervention measures should be developed for them.
