摘 要:目的观察乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)预防Pro Taper机用镍钛锉器械折断的临床疗效。方法选择336例患者,371颗磨牙1 267个根管,随机分为A组(Pro Taper机用镍钛锉根管预备组)和B组(Pro Taper机用镍钛锉联合EDTA根管预备组)。每套锉至多用25次,试验结束后统计每组F1的器械折断率和每支F1使用次数。结果 A组每支F1使用次数(23±3.6)少于B组次数(24±1.7);A组F1器械折断率(29.63%)远高于B组折断率(3.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Pro Taper机用镍钛锉联合EDTA根管预备,能增加器械使用次数,减少器械折断率,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of preventing the instrument fracture of Pro Taper Nickel Titanium mechanical files with EDTA. Methods A total of 336 patients with 371 molar teeth and 1 267 root canals were randomly divided into two groups. Root canals of patients in group A were prepared with Pro Taper Nickel Titanium mechanical files. Pro Taper Nickel Titanium mechanical files associated with EDTA in group B were used during root canal preparation. Every set of Pro Taper Nickel Titanium mechanical file was used no more than 25 times. After the trial,the instrument fracture incidence rate of F1 and application times of every F1 were recorded. Results The application times( 23 ± 3. 6) of every F1 in group A was less than that( 24 ± 1. 7) in group B,while the instrument fracture incidence rate of F1 in group A was higher than that in group B with the significant difference between two groups( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The application of EDTA has good clinical effects on increasing the application times of Pro Taper Nickel titanium mechanical file and reducing the instrument fracture during root canal preparation. Pro Taper Nickel Titanium mechanical files associated with EDTA should be adopted in root canal preparation.
