急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能、Hcy水平及预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死患者的血管内皮功能、Hcy水平及预后。方法 100例急性脑梗死患者设为观察组,并随机分为干预组和非干预组各50例,选择100例健康体检者为对照组。干预组给予维生素B12、叶酸治疗,对治疗前后患者的血管内皮功能、Hcy水平进行比较。结果对照组的FMD、e NOS、NO水平均显著高于观察组(P<0.05),观察组的Hcy、IMT均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,干预组的Hcy、BI评分、NIHSS评分、e NOS、NO水平均显著优于非干预组(P<0.05)。干预组治疗总有效率为92.0%,显著优于非干预组的60.0%。结论急性脑梗死患者存在血管内皮功能障碍,维生素B12、叶酸可降低急性脑梗死患者的血清Hcy水平,改善血管内皮功能及预后。Objective To explore the vascular endothelial function,Hcy level and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as observation group,and they were randomly divided into intervention group（ n = 50） and non-intervention group（ n = 50）. Another 100 people with health examination were selected as control group. The intervention group was treated with vitamin B12,folic acid. Vascular endothelial function and Hcy level were compared before and after the treatment. Results Levels of FMD,e NOS and NO in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group（ P〈 0. 05）,and IMT and Hcy levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Two weeks after treatment,the BI,Hcy score,NIHSS score,e NOS and NO levels in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the non-intervention group（ P〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate was 92% in the intervention group,which was significantly higher than 60% in the non-intervention group. Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction have vascular endothelial dysfunction. Vitamin B12 and folic acid can reduce the serum Hcy level of patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve vascular endothelial function and the prognosis.
