化疗栓塞术对中晚期肝癌患者血清TGF-β1、bFGF和VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期肝癌化疗栓塞术(TACE)前后血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测肝癌患者TACE前后血清TGF-β1、b FGF和VEGF浓度的改变,并与健康人群比较。结果肝癌患者TACE术后TGF-β1、b FGF和VEGF水平较术前均有升高,且高于健康人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗前后血清TGF-β1水平与VEGF水平均呈显著正相关(r=0.592,P<0.01;r=0.579,P<0.01)。结论肝癌患者TACE术后TGF-β1、b FGF和VEGF 3种促血管生长因子浓度的升高,对肿瘤血管和侧支循环的形成具有重要作用,影响TACE的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the changes of serum transforming growth factor-β1（ TGF-β1）,basic fibroblast growth factor（ b FGF） and vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）levels in patients with advanced liver cancer before and after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（ TACE） and evaluate their significance. Methods The levels of serum TGF-β1,b FGF and VEGF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） and compared with those in healthy controls. Results After TACE,the levels of serum TGF-β1,b FGF and VEGF were higher in patients with advanced liver cancer than before TACE,and compared with those in healthy controls,there were significant differences（ P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01）. Serum TGF-β1 level was positively correlated with VEGF level before and after treatment（ r = 0. 592,P〈 0. 01; r = 0. 579,P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The increase of serum TGF-β1,b FGF and VEGF levels in patients with advanced liver cancer can promote the formation of tumor vessels and collateral circulation after TACE,which may affect the therapeutic effect of TACE.
