翼状胬肉术后巩膜坏死自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评估自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉术后巩膜坏死的疗效.方法 对2006年6月至2015年8月在莆田市第一医院眼科采用手术显微镜下自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉术后巩膜坏死19例（19只眼）.术后随访6～24个月,疗效评估主要观察患者术后植片、巩膜情况及并发症.结果 19例患者植片均成功贴附并巩膜生长良好,术后2～3周不适症状得到完全缓解.随访6～24个月,所有术眼无巩膜坏死复发.结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉术后巩膜坏死是一种行之有效的、较为理想的手术方式.Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of limbal autograft for the treatment of scleral necrosis after pterygium excision.Methods Nineteen cases （19 eyes） with scleral necrosis after pterygium excision were treated with limbal autograft.The follow-up period ranged from 6 to 24 months after the surgery and during this time limbal autograft flap survival,scleral status and postoperative complications were recorded.Results After surgery,autograft successfully attached and no necrotizing scleritis occurred.All symptoms and signs steadily educed 2 to 3 weeks after.No necrotizing scleritis recurrenced during the follow-up period ranged from 6 to 24 months.Conclusions Limbal autograft is an effective and ideal method for the clinical treatment of scleral necrosis after pterygium excision.
