摘　　要：目的 评估掺钕钇铝石榴石（Nd：YAG）激光联合羊膜植入治疗难治性上泪道阻塞的效果.方法 对2007年12月至2013年12月在河南省南阳市眼科医院接受Nd：YAG激光联合羊膜植入的18例（18只眼）难治性上泪道阻塞的病例进行回顾性分析.术后泪道冲洗通畅,泪溢症状消失确定为治疗成功.结果 术后平均随访时间为30.6月（8～53月）.最后随访时,有效率达到88.9％ （16/18）.术中和术后无严重的并发症发生.结论 Nd：YAG激光联合羊膜植入是一种有效治疗难治性上泪道阻塞的方法.Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Nd：YAG laser combined with amniotic membrane implant for intractable presaccal canalicular obstruction.Methods The medical records of 18 patients （18 eyes） with intractable presaccal canalicular obstruction,who underwent Nd：YAG laser with amniotic membrane implant between December 2007 and December 2013 at the Nanyang Eye Hospital were retrospectively reviewed.A functional successful outcome was defined as a patent presaccal canalicular system in canalicular irrigation and a resolution of the symptomatic epiphora.Results The patients were followed up for a mean postoperative period of 30.6 months （range,8 to 53 months）.The overall functional effective rate was 88.9% （16/18） at last follow-up visit,and there were no serious intraoperative and postoperative complication.Conclusions Nd：YAG laser combined with amniotic membrane implant is very effective in the treatment of intractable presaccal cannlicular obstruction.
