摘 要:学科带头人是世界一流学科建设的关键节点,一流学科建设要重视学科带头人的遴选和培养。一流学科带头人应当定位为领袖型学者,承担起提出学科愿景、战略布局、资源整合、队伍建设等职责,具备学术研究能力、战略规划能力、内外部关系建立能力、组织管理和资源整合能力、团队建设和领导艺术、良好个人素养和声誉等六方面胜任能力。目前学科带头人以自然产生为主,为促进一流大学和一流学科的建设,需要建立科学的学科带头人遴选和考核标准,通过公开竞聘择优选拔学科带头人,做好学科带头人的培养和继任计划,提升学科带头人的战略管理能力、学科使命感、组织管理和领导艺术。Discipline leaders are the key node in the construction of the world first-class disciplines. The selection and training of discipline leaders should be emphasized during the construction of the first-class disciplines. The first-class discipline leaders should be the leader scholar, assume the responsibility of putting forward discipline's vision, strategic layout, resource integration, and team building. The first-class discipline leaders should have six aspects of competence: academic research ability, strategic planning ability, internal and external relationship building ability, organizational management and resource integration ability, team building and leadership skills, and good personal qualities and reputation. Currently the discipline leaders are naturally produced. In order to promote the construction of the first-class universities and the first-class disciplines, we need establish scientific selection and evaluation standards of discipline leaders, choose the discipline leaders through open competition, make training and succession plans of discipline leaders, and enhance the strategic management ability, the sense of mission, the organization management and leadership skills of discipline leaders.
