摘 要:目的对岷县当归传统加工过程所产生的药材、切片和根皮进行系统的成分比较,指导产地加工方法的改进和资源的合理应用。方法用顶空气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析比较各样品的挥发性成分,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)结果比较各样品的阿魏酸含量。结果从GC-MS分析结果看出岷归药材、切片和根皮的挥发性成分差异不大,从HPLC结果可看出三者图谱相似,阿魏酸含量由大到小排序为药材、根皮、切片。结论岷归根皮的成分与原药材、切片无明显区别,仅部分成分的含量有差异,应与全当归具有相似的药理活性,很有必要加强对岷归根皮资源的有效利用。Objective To compare the components of whole drug,prepared slice and root bark of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,and to give advice on the traditional process and usage of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in Min County. Methods Use headspace gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( GC- MS) to analyze and compare the volatile components of the three specimens. Use high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) to compare the content of ferulic acid in the three specimens. Results The whole drug,prepared slice and root bark of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in Min County showed little difference in the volatile components,and have similar HPLC chromatograms. However,they are ranked in descending order of content of ferulic acid as follows: whole drug,root bark and prepared slice. Conclusion Although there 's content difference,the components in root bark of Angelicae Sinensis Radix has no obvious difference with whole drug and prepared slice,suggesting that the root bark should have similar pharmacological effects and clinical values. It's necessary to make full use of bark resources of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
