摘  要:目的比较金银花鲜花与烘干品挥发性成分的异同,分析烘干对金银花挥发性成分的影响。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果从鲜花中鉴定了47种化合物,从烘干品中鉴定了57种化合物,两者共有成分有25种。结论烘干对金银花中挥发性成分有影响,尤其是低沸点成分。Objective The influence of drying on the volatile oil of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos was analyzed by comparing the chemical constituents of essential oil extracted from the fresh and dried buds of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos " Da Mao Hua". Methods The constituents in the essential oil extracted from the buds of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos " Da Mao Hua" by steam distillation were separated and identified by GC- MS( Gas Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry) and the contents were determined by normalization method. Results Forty- seven compounds were identified from the essential oil of fresh buds and fifty- seven compounds from the dried buds,twenty- five compounds were the same constituents of them. Conclusion Gradient drying method has influence on volatile components of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.
