摘　　要：从指南方法学、指南结构、指南内容3个方面解读《循证针灸临床实践指南:成人支气管哮喘》(简称《指南》)的编制过程:以针灸实践与临床研究为基础,采用循证医学方法,围绕针灸临床治疗本病的特色优势,并紧密结合国内外当前最佳证据、专家经验、患者价值观,将国际公认的证据质量评价与推荐方案分级(GRADE系统)与古代、近现代名老针灸专家临床证据相结合,并将临床研究证据与大范围专家共识相结合,目的是为临床医生使用《指南》提供最大便利的指导。The development and compilation of Evidence-based Guidelines of Clinical Practice with Acupuncture and Moxibustion：Adult Bronchial Asthma are introduced from three aspects,named the guideline methodology,the guideline structure and the guideline content.Based on the acupuncture-moxibustion practice and clinical research,the evidence-based medicine method is adopted.During the development and compilation of the guideline,the characteristics and advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion are specially considered in the treatment of this disease;the latest optimum evidences at home and abroad,experts＇ experience and patients＇ value are closely integrated with each other.Additionally,the worldwide accepted assessments of evidence quality and the recommendation（GRADE system）are combined with the clinical evidences of the ancient and modern famous acupuncture-moxibustion experts,and the clinical research evidences are with the experts＇ consensus to the large extent.The purpose of the guideline is to provide the maximal guidance to the clinical physicians.
