Empirical Study on the Influence of National Industry Colleges' Campus Environment on Students' Development——On Mediating Effects and Masking Effects of Identity

摘  要:本文以公安院校为例,通过实证研究发现行业院校校园环境对学生发展具有巨大的影响作用,这种影响既包括对学生发展产生的直接影响,也包括通过学生身份认同和学习参与对学生发展产生的间接影响。研究同时发现,学生身份认同是影响学生在校期间成长发展变化的重要变量,其在校园环境和学生发展之间具有中介效应,在校园环境和学生学习参与之间具有中介效应和遮掩效应;公安院校普遍实施的警务化管理对学生学习参与虽具有间接的显著的积极影响,但同时也具有直接的显著的消极影响;公安院校的课程教学对学生发展的影响相对于校园环境中其他组成因素偏小。Based on a case study of Public Security Colleges,this empirical research finds that the campus environment of Industry Colleges has a significant impact on students' development,both in a direct way and an indirect way,such as impacting students' development through influencing student identity and learning participation.This research also shows that student identity is an important variable,influencing the development of students in their schooling period.It functions as a mediating effect between campus environment and students' development,and a mediating effect and a masking effect between campus environment and students' learning participation.Alhough there are indirect significant positive impacts of policing management on students' learning participation in most public security colleges,there still are direct negative impacts.The findings suggest that compared with other factors of campus environment,the influence of curriculum teaching in public security colleges is less significant.
