高等学校知识管理与学校效能关系的研究

摘　　要：文章旨在了解高等学校知识管理与学校效能的关系,采用问卷调查法,对所得资料进行整理分析后,得出结果:高等学校行政人员其性别、年龄、学历、工龄、行政职务等背景变项会影响学校知识管理的运作;高等学校行政人员其性别、年龄、学历、工龄、行政职务等背景变项会影响学校效能;学校知识管理与学校效能间具有显著相关。This paper aims to understand the relationship between knowledge management and school effectiveness in Colleges and universities, and to analyze the results of the questionnaire survey. The background variables such as gender, age, education, length of service, and administrative duties will affect the operation of school knowledge management.
