摘　　要：为进一步加强高校辅导员队伍建设,通过学生"对辅导员工作的的评价"、"对辅导员评奖评优工作的评价"、"辅导员主动深入基层的评价"、"辅导员廉洁自律的评价"、"学生与辅导员的沟通""辅导员需要提高的综合素质"等六个方面的调查和分析,针对如何提高辅导员的基本素质提出有效的建议。In order to further strengthen the university instructor troop construction,how to improve the basic quality of counselors is put forward in the article by investigating and analyzing the evaluation of counselors work, the evaluation of counselors awards work, the evaluation of counselor active grass-roots level, the evaluation of honesty and self-discipline of the counselor impose discipline, the communication between students and counselors, the comprehensive quality which counselors need to improve
