摘　　要：从利益分析的视角而言,当前我国义务教育均衡发展改革当中遇到的种种问题最终都可以归结为多元化的利益冲突。当前改革困境恰缘于复杂多样的利益冲突难以得到有效整合。构建有效利益整合机制可以从搭建公共对话平台、合理运用市场手段以及增强主体整合能力等方面入手,以寻求改革困境的突破。If analyzing from the perspective of benefit, it is found that various problems in the reform process of the balanced development of compulsory education can ultimately be attributed to a wide range of benefit conflicts. Since the benefit conflicts couldn＇t be integrated efficiently, the reform has been in a predicament. In order to establish an efficient system of benefit integration in the reform of the balanced development of compulsory education, public dialogue platform should be built, market means should be applied reasonably, and the integration ability of the subject should be strengthened.
