摘 要:通过正交试验得出龙井茶色素的最佳提取工艺为:液料比1∶50、提取时间30 min,且液料比对提取率的影响大于提取时间。测定了龙井茶色素的酸碱稳定性、存放稳定性、耐热稳定性等性质。通过使用不同染色工艺,测定所染棉织物的耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐日晒色牢度、色差等。了解了不同工艺下龙井茶色素所染织物的差异。龙井茶色素更适合媒染法染色,尤其是后媒法。此时,耐摩擦色牢度及耐皂洗色牢度都很高,达到服用要求。The optimum extraction conditions of Longjing green tea pigment were obtained by orthogonal experiment: the liquid ratio 1:50, extraction time 30 min, and the effect of liquid ratio on the yield was greater than the extraction time. The stability of acid base, storage stability and heat stability of Longjing green tea pig- ment were determined. The rubbing fastness, washing fastness, light fastness and color difference of dyed cotton fabric with different dyeing process were measured. The differences of Longjing green tea pigment dyed fabrics with different processes were discussed. Longjing green tea pigment was more suitable for mor- dant dyeing, especially for after-chrome-dyeing. Rubbing fastness and soaping fastness were both very high, which could reach the clothing requirement.
