民族地区新型城镇化与农业土地资源集约利用耦合关系研究

摘　　要：我国民族地区已进入了工业化中期阶段,新型城镇化是当前民族地区研究的热点,农业土地资源集约利用是实现新型城镇化的物质保证。以我国八个民族地区省份为研究对象,在阐述新型城镇化与农业土地资源集约利用耦合作用机理的基础上,构建了基于复合指标的新型城镇化与农业土地资源集约利用耦合体系,采用实证研究方法对民族地区新型城镇化与农业土地资源集约利用耦合协调关系进行了定量分析,并根据实证研究结果提出了相应的对策与建议。Ethnic regions in our country have entered into the intermediate stage of industrialization. New urbanization is a hotspot of current research in ethnic regions and intensive utilization of agricultural land resources is a material guarantee to realize the new urbanization. Eight ethnic regions are chosen as the research object. Based on elaboration of coupling mechanism between new urbanization and intensive utilization of agricultural land resources,a composite index based coupling system for new urbanization and intensive utilization of agricultural land resources is constructed. The coordinated relationship of new urbanization and intensive utilization of agricultural land resources is quantitatively analyzed through empirical method,and the corresponding measurements and suggestions are proposed according to the empirical findings.
