摘　　要：借用路线图方法的分析思路,从广东省科技型小微企业金融支持政策体系建设现状和问题出发,系统分析未来5-10年科技型小微企业金融支持政策体系的建设需求和目标、核心任务、建设路径及资源保障。研究认为,广东省科技型小微企业金融支持政策体系建设路径应实施多维系统协同联动、学科平台、标准化、金融支持多渠道等四大战略,并从经费投入、法律法规、信息共享等三个方面来保障战略的实施,以建成覆盖全面、体制完善、高效运转的科技型小微企业金融支持政策体系,推动广东省经济社会全面协调、可持续发展,实现创新驱动经济转型升级的战略目标。Based on the current situation of Guangdong province＇ s technology - based small and micro enterprise finance support policy system, the authors use the ideas of the roadmap measure to analyze the needs and goals, core task, path and resource guarantee of the construction of the technology - based small and micro enterprise finance support policy system in the next five to ten years. The result shows that in order to achieve the construction of the technology - based small and micro enterprise finance support policy system, Guangdong province should implement the following four strategies： multidimensional coordination, construction of Discipline platform, standardization and multi - channel finance support. In order to guarantee the implementation of these strategies, Guangdong province should focus on the following three aspects ： the guarantee of funding, promulgation of laws and regulations and the share of information. Through these measures, the technology-based small and micro enterprise finance support policy system that achieves universal coverage and operates efficiently and obtains consummate mechanism will be constructed, which will promote sustainable economic and social development and help Guangdong province achieve the goal that innovation drives economy transform and upgrade.
