摘 要:分别依据GB17691—2005和ECE R49.06对一满足国Ⅴ排放水平的SCR发动机进行国Ⅴ和欧Ⅵ排放测试,在常规排放的基础上,着重分析颗粒物数目PN排放的趋势。结果表明,稳态循环下,发动机在急加速特别是高转速工况下,PN的排放迅速增大;瞬态循环下,城市工况运行时的转速变化剧烈,特别是发动机负荷突变时,PN的排放恶化;在大多数工况下,WHSC的PN排放低于ESC,特别是最后几个工况,WHSC的PN只为ESC的1/200左右;与ETC相比,WHTC更侧重于城市循环下的低转速中小负荷下排放的考察,WHTC的PN比排放比ETC低28.31%,而其PM比排放比ETC高36.95%。A state-Ⅴ and a EURO-Ⅵ emission tests are conducted on a State-Ⅴ engine with SCR technolo- gy according to GB17691-2005 and ECE R49.06 respectively. On the basis of its conventional emissions, the fo- cus is put on the analysis on the trend of particle number (PN) emission. The results show that under steady cycle, the hard acceleration of engine, especially at high speed, will lead to the rapid increase of PN emissions ; while dur- ing transient cycle, due to the drastic change of speed in urban operations, in particular when engine load abruptly changes, the PN emissions deteriorate. In most working conditions, the PN emissions in WHSC cycle are lower than that in ESC cycle, in particular, the PN emissions in WHSC cycle are only around 1/200 of that in ESC cycle in the last few working conditions. Compared with ETC, WHTC pays more attentions on low-speed conditions with small and medium loadings under urban cycle : the specific PN emissions in WHTC are 28.31% lower than that in ETC ; while the specific PM emissions in WHTC are 36.95 % higher than that in ETC.
