摘　　要：以中国传统民俗节日中的体育娱乐精神为研究对象,运用文献资料法、历史分析法、逻辑归纳法,通过对中国传统民俗节日中的体育娱乐精神进行深入考察,分析其特征及其对我国民族文化的存续所起的作用。研究发现,传统节日体育活动中的娱乐精神具有传统性、全民普及性以及非理性特征,它有着极强的感染力和影响力,为人们的身体放松以及情感宣泄提供了不受世俗约束的场所。此外,这种娱乐精神对我国民族文化的建构以及传承都具有非常重要的意义。文章虽着重阐述了传统节日体育娱乐精神的积极作用,但并未否定它在发展演变过程中所附带的封建思想等不合理的内容,因此,我们应该辩证地看待传统节日体育娱乐精神的存在,承其所长,避其之短。Regarded the entertainment spirit of the sports in the traditional Chinese folk festivals as the very important research object in this paper, it ingeniously uses a series of methods of the literature material method, the historical a nalysis method and the logical inductive method, meanwhile through the iwdepth investigation of the entertainment spirit of the sports in the traditional Chinese folk festivals, briefly analyzes the various characteristics of the entertain- ment spirit of the sports in traditional Chinese folk festivals and its very important role that has played in the existence and continuation in the profound national culture in our country. The study shows that the characteristics of the en- tertainment spirit of the sports in the traditional Chinese folk festivals includes some obvious characteristics, such as the characteristic of traditional, the characteristic of the popularization of the whole nation and the characteristic of ir- rational and so on. At the same time, with a strong social influence, the entertainment spirit of the sports in the tra- ditional Chinese folk festivals provides all kinds of opportunities for people to relax their bodies and offers a place for people to express their emotions that is not easily affected by the secular constraint. In addition, the entertainment spirit of the sports in the traditional Chinese folk festivals plays an important role all in the construction and the inher- itance of the profound national culture in our country. Although this paper emphatically expounds the positive effects in all aspects of the entertainment spirit of the sports in the traditional Chinese folk festivals, we still can not deny the unreasonable contents facilely that attached to the process of its own development, for example, all kinds of feudal i- deas. Therefore, we should look upon the existence of the entertainment spirit of the sports in the traditional Chinese folk festivals in a dialectical perspective.
