改良后外侧小切口肺癌根治术的有效性及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨改良后外侧小切口肺癌根治术的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析180例肺癌患者的临床资料,按照不同手术方法将患者分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组各90例患者。对照组患者行传统后外侧小切口手术治疗,观察组患者行改良后外侧小切口手术治疗;观察并记录两组患者手术时间、手术切口长度、术中出血量及术后并发症、住院时间、术后疼痛等术后指标,分析改良后外侧小切口肺癌根治术的效果。结果经过分析发现,观察组患者切口长度、出血量、术后住院时间、术后临床时间及术后疼痛强度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组术后并发症发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组7.8%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论改良后外侧小切口肺癌根治术具有较好的治疗效果,安全可行、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,具有较高的治疗安全性和有效性。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of modified posterolateral small incision radical surgery for lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 180 cases of lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,90 patients in each group. The control group underwent conventional posterolateral small incision surgery,and the observation group received modified posterolateral small incision surgery; operation time,incision length,blood loss and postoperative complications,hospital stay,postoperative pain of the 2 groups were observed and recorded,and the efficacy of modified posterolateral small incision radical surgery were analyzed. Results Incision length,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative clinical time and postoperative pain intensity scores of the observation group were superior to the control group（ P〈0. 05）,there had statistically significant difference; complication rate of the observation group was 3. 3%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,7. 8%（ P〈0. 05）,there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion The modified posterolateral small incision radical surgery is effective,safe with small trauma,rapid recovery,and fewer complications,it has higher safety and efficacy.
