摘　　要：瘤复发或远处转移是导致肺癌患者死亡的主要原因,而血行播散是肺癌转移的重要途径。循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)在肺癌转移和复发中具有重要作用,且伴随靶向治疗的进展,对于无法取得肺癌病理组织的患者,CTC可作为一种肺癌组织替代物来制订治疗方案。故对肺癌CTC的检测有助于患者早期诊断及预后判断,且与临床分期有关。在治疗期间定期监测CTC的变化,可为患者提供合理化治疗方案。Tumor recurrence or distant metastasis is the leading cause of death of lung cancer patients, and hematogenous metastasis of lung cancer is an important way of circulating tumor ceils（CTC） playing an important role in the metastasis and recurrence of lung cancer. With advances in targeted therapy of lung cancer, with regard to the patients whose cancer lesion tissue is not available, CTC can be used as a substitute for lung cancer treatment plan making. So the detection of lung cancer CTC is helpful for early diagnosis and prognosis of the patients, and is correlated with the clinical staging, what＇s more, the regular monitoring of CTC changes during the treatment can provide reasonable individualized treatment for the patients.
