摘　　要：目的评价术前粒淋比（NLR）与肝细胞肝癌（HCC）肝移植受者预后的相关性。方法通过检索PubMed、Ovid、EMBASE、the Cochrane Library、维普、CNKI等数据库,从数据库创建至2015年11月,收集关于粒淋比与肝细胞肝癌肝移植受者预后相关性的文献,依据纳入和排除标准,进行资料提取及质量评价,并用STATA11.0及Review Manager Version 5.0进行Meta分析,评价术前粒淋比是否与肝细胞肝癌肝移植受者预后相关。结果共纳入6篇文献（共1068个病例）,无病生存率（DFS）及总生存率（OS）的风险比（HR）的合并值分别为4.03及3.42,95%CI分别为2.51~6.46及2.41~4.85（P〈0.01）。结论术前粒淋比升高是肝细胞肝癌肝移植术后预后的一个危险因素,粒淋比也许是评估肝细胞肝癌肝移植受者预后的一个方便、易得、低成本和可信的生物指标。Objective To evaluate the correlation between the high pre-transplant Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio（NLR） and the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after liver transplantation. Methods Eligible studies which studied the correlation between the high NLR and the prognosis of HCC after liver transplantation were collected through searching PubMed, Ovid, EMBASE,the Cochrane Library, VIP, CNKI databases, and data extraction and quality evaluation were performed according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria up to November 2015. By applying STATA11.0 and Review Manager Version 5.0 software,a meta analysis method was used to evaluate whether the high pre-transplant NLR had an association with the prognosis of HCC after liver transplantation. Results A total of 6 studies encompassing 1068 patients were involved in this meta-analysis. The pooled results showed that high NLR was associated with disease free survival（DFS） and poor overall survival（OS） in HCC treated by liver transplantation（HR =4.03, 95% CI：2.51-6.46, P 0.01; HR = 3.42, 95% CI：2.41-4.85, P 0.01, respectively）. Conclusion Elevated NLR indicates a poor prognosis of HCC with liver transplantation. NLR may be a convenient, easily-obtained, low-cost and reliable biomarker with prognostic potential for HCC with liver transplantation.
