摘  要:建立工作场所空气中常见酮类和苯系物的同时测定方法。采用活性炭管吸附,二硫化碳解吸,样品在毛细管气相色谱柱上分离, FID检测器检测。结果表明:对丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁基甲酮、环己酮、苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯等10种组分的分离效果好,标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差均小于5%,样品回收率在93.2%~103%之间。该方法能同时测定工作场所空气中的10种酮类和苯系物。An analysis method for determination of ketones and benzenes in workplace air was established .The sample was once absorbed into activated carbon , and then CS 2 was desorbed , the compounds were separated by gas chromatography on capillary chromatographic column and then determined by FID .Results showed that the ten compounds were separated well , the correlation coefficients of regression curves of the ten compounds were all greater than 0.999 , the relative standard deviations were less than 5%, and the average recovery percentages were between 93.2% and 103%. The ten compounds could be simultaneously tested by this method .
