诸子“家训”类文献的齐家之道与和谐社会的文化建设

摘　　要："家训"类文献,指家庭或宗族训诫家族内部成员的书面文本或口头训辞,其传统治家思想有很多可供当今社会借鉴的优秀成分。其内容包括家族伦纪规定、子孙处事训导、立身从政之道、家法戒律等,是族人最切近、最容易接受的规范。家训往往与政府法规形成唱和互补,"正家而天下定"。诸如《颜氏家训》类似传统社会修身处世全书,司马光《家范》以杂采史事为法则,《朱子家训》精辟阐明了修身治家之道。诸子家训的理性道德价值观强调慈孝及"礼""和"的观念,与社会主义核心价值观有诸多吻合之处。把家训类文献中的精髓提炼出来,寻找其中合理的成分与当代社会理念结合,对维护当代社会良俗礼法不无裨益,其积极的正能量有助于和谐社会的文化建设。Family Instruction literature generally refers to written text or oral precepts of family or clanadmonished family members or ethnic groups, flashing the excellent traditional household management. Itscontent mainly includes the discipline of clan, standard of conduct for descendants, family rules andprecepts, etc. Various surnames' family instructions' is the closest, most acceptable standard for theclansman; therefore the family instructions and government regulations frequently form antiphon andcomplementariness. 'The family regulated then the country govemed',《Yan's family precepts》is aencyclopedia how to Cultivate one's morality life, Sima guang《family precepts》widely selects historicalevents as the principal,《Zhu Xi Family Instruction》brilliantly expounds a way of self-cultivation andfamily motto. The rational moral values contained in the instructions have many in common with the corevalues of socialism. It emphasized fealty and kindness,Courtesy and harmony. We should extract thequintessence from the antiquated'family instruction'; Find out the reasonable components and integrate itwith contemporary philosophy. Do a good job in organizing and guiding work on social grassroots whilethe public spontaneously learning the'family instructions',integrate excellent thought into ordinary people'ssocial life, make it greatly helpful to the healthy development of a harmonious society ruled by law.
