摘　　要：论文通过国内外高校社会科学数据管理平台的调查与分析,探讨了国内外科学数据管理现状,指出高校图书馆开展科学数据管理的必要性,结合高校图书馆在学术信息资源管理中的作用,分析图书馆在科学数据管理中的职能作用,最后根据科学数据管理生命周期等有关理论,提出并详细分析了高校图书馆开展科学数据管理服务的角色定位,并对未来开展相关服务提出建议。By the investigation and analysis of social sciences data management platform in universities, this paper discusses the scientific data management status both at home and abroad, and points out the necessity of university libraries to carry out the science data management. Combining with the university library in the role of academic information resources management, it analyzes the function of library in science data management. Finally according to science data management lifecycle theory, it also puts forward and analyzes in detail the role of university library to carry out the science data management services, and proposes suggestions for the future to carry out the related services.
