产业链环境责任及其驱动机制

摘　　要：在当前企业间经济联系日趋密切的背景下,环境责任的研究视角应由单独的企业个体拓展到整个产业链条,成为"基于整个产业链的环境责任"。在对产业链及其构成分析的基础上,引出产业链环境责任;并就产业链环境责任的驱动机制展开探讨,构建了面向环境责任的产业链治理框架并提出相应对策建议,具体包括:监督抽查制度化,给予持续的外部压力;激励政策立体化,充分调动企业积极性;生产经营绿色化,勇为环境责任践行者;合作式创新研发,共享环保技术新成果。The research perspective of environmental responsibility from individual enterprises to expand to the whole industrial chain under the background of the increasingly close relationship between enterprises.Leading industrial chain environmental responsibility on the basis of the analysis of the industrial chain and its composition.And the driving mechanism of environmental responsibility of industrial chain is discussed.The driving mechanism of environmental responsibility of industrial chain is demonstrated.Construction the governance framework and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of the environmental responsibility of the industrial chain.
