案例式PBL教学法在本科护士实习心电图中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨案例式PBL教学法对提高本科实习护士心电图阅图的作用。方法:选取2012-2014年在青岛大学附属医院心电图室实习的本科护士共50名为研究对象,随机分为对照组和PBL组,分别采用传统法和案例式PBL教学法,实习结束后考试并将结果进行统计学分析。结果:PBL组明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:案例式PBL教学法有助于提高学生的学习兴趣和能力,值得推广应用。objective： to find out the effects of using PBL and ease-based learning in the clinical practicum of Electrocardiogram for nursing undergraduates. Methods： 50 students of the class of 2012, 2013 and 2014 participated a randomized controlled trial. Results： The experi- mental group did significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion： Using PBL and case-based learning in the clinical practicum of Electrocardiogram for nursing undergraduates can elevate students＇ competence and foster interests in learning.
