846例女性乳头瘤病毒感染特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析保定地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的分布情况,为本地区宫颈病变的筛查及其防治提供依据。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对846例女性进行HPV DNA分型检测,并进行统计分析。结果 HPV感染总数为188例,感染率为22.2%,HPV16型的感染率最高,为46.3%,其次为HPV56(13.3%)、HPV58(12.2%);多重感染率为15.4%,年龄小于20岁的女性感染严重。结论保定地区HPV感染率高,并且年轻女性的感染比例大,要加强HPV防护方法的宣传,加大女性自我防范意识的教育力度,制定适合本地区的筛查方法。Objective Analyzing the Infection distribution of human papilloma virus to provide basis evidence tbr cervical lesions screening, prevention and cure in Baoding area. Methods Using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technique in 846 cases of women to detect the HPV DNA types and statistical analysis. Results 188 cases of women were positive,the infection rate was 22. 2% , HPV16 infection rate was the highest,the rate was 46.3%, followed by HPV56 （ 13.3 % ）, HPV58 （ 12. 2% ）. Multiple infection rate was 15.4%. Conclusion In Baoding ar- ea the HPV infection rate is high, and young women infection ratio is large, in order to prevent the cervical cancer we shuold strengthen the propaganda of HPV protective methods, intensify the education of self awareness, make the suitable screening method for the region.
