摘　　要：行政管理专业课程实习是专业建设的重要环节,有利于巩固学生的专业知识、检验教学效果、提高学生应用能力,加快学科的转型发展。通过对5所高校行政管理专业课程实习调查发现,当前实习普遍存在过程管理松弛、实习内容单一、实践平台缺乏、激励措施欠缺、实习效果不佳等问题,亟需在实习考核评估、实习内容、拓展实践平台、加强管理等方面进行改进,提升专业课程实习效果。Professional practice is an important hub and key administration building which consolidates students＇ knowledge,tests teaching effectiveness, enhances students＇ application ability and speeds up the transformation of public administration development in local universities. Through five professional practice of college administration survey,it is found that there exist some problems,such as current practice poor management,boring contents of practice, lack of effective practice platform and encouraging measures and unsound practice effect in the present internship process. Therefore,improvements should be made in terms of practice evaluation, practice content, expanding practice platform, strengthening management, to enhance the effect of the professional course practice.
