摘  要:高层次人才在推动连云港市经济社会发展方面发挥着极其重要的作用。为了建设一支复合型、应用型、创新型的高层次人才队伍,连云港市委、市政府出台了一系列鼓励高层次人才来连创业、创新的政策,包括引进政策、激励政策、保障政策等。近年来,连云港市人才资源加速集聚,城市创新能力持续提升,人才环境进一步改善,在人才规模、人才质量、人才效能方面取得了显著的成绩,有力地推动了连云港市经济社会的发展。High-level personnel plays an important role in terms of promoting the economic and social development in Lianyungang. To build a compound, practical and innovative high-level talent team, the municipal party and committee and government in Lianyungang have introduced a series of policies encouraging high-leve talents to come to Lianyungang for entrepreneurial innovation including policy introduction, encouragement policy and safeguard policy. In less than a decade, there is an accelerating aggregation of human resources in Lianyungang.The city innovation ability upgrades continuously and the talent environment gets further improvement. Remarkable achievements have been made in terms of talent scale, talent quality and talent efficiency, which effectively promotes the development of economy and society in Lianyungang.
