摘 要:目的探索团队资源管理(TRM)在急诊医护人员交接班中的应用及效果。方法对急诊医护人员进行团队资源管理相关知识培训,交接班中引入ISBAR沟通工具,制定医护共同交接班制度及规范,推动团队资源管理精神,实施医护一体交接班等措施。结果实施团队资源管理后,护士交接班时间显著缩短,交接班质量显著提高(均P<0.01)。医护人员的团队合作感、对团队资源管理模式的满意体验度评价均有所提高。结论团队资源管理应用于急诊医护人员交接班,通过建立医护交班的标准与沟通的平台,加强团队合作,有效提高了工作质量和工作效率。Objective To explore the application effectiveness of team resource management(TRM)in medical staff work shift of emergency.Methods We trained the medical staff of the emergency resuscitation room with TRM related knowledge,and introduced ISBAR communication tools into their work shift,then set up the system and rules of doctor-nurse integrated shift,implemented the shift and promoted the spirit of TRM in emergency.Results After the implementation of TRM,the time spent for shift was significantly shorter,and the quality of shift was significantly higher than before(P〈0.01 for all).The team cooperation and work shift satisfaction of the medical staff were both improved.Conclusions Application of TRM in medical staff shift of emergency effectively improves work quality and efficiency through establishing the standard of medical shift and the platform for communication,and strengthening team cooperation.
