《论语》智慧与大学生生涯规划

摘　　要：子曰:"志于道,据于德,依于仁,游于艺。"孔子的这四句话对当代大学生的生涯规划具有重要的借鉴与参照作用。"志于道",大学生应当首先树立追求真理的远大志向,超越眼前的利益得失;"据于德",要求大学生行不离德,坚守做人的基本原则与道德操守;"依于仁",大学生通过慎独自省,来实现道德生活的真诚、自由,以及生命境界的提升;"游于艺",大学生应该广泛地融入与应对当下的社会生活,掌握其所要求的知识和技能,应对自如。Confucius said, ＂Let the will be set on the path of duty. Let every attainment in what is good be firmly grasped. Let perfect virtue be accorded with. Let relaxation and enjoyment be found in the polite arts.＂ College students can draw important inspiration from these words when it comes to career planning. Firstly, they should set high goals, seeking the truth with little concern for immedi- ate personal gains or losses. Secondly, they should exemplify the good and hold fast to the basic code of moral ethics. Thirdly, they should be reflective and self--restrained in order to achieve moral integ- rity and freedom and a higher state of life itself. Finally, college students must extensively involve themselves with the current social life and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
