摘 要:目的探讨护理绩效考核的方法,提高护理管理效率。方法与信息科合作,运用C#编程语言,构建基于护理工作量、岗位、工作质量及能级的护理绩效考核信息系统,实现数据自动提取与统计绩效的功能。结果护理绩效考核信息系统的应用,使护理绩效考核公开、透明,并显著缩短绩效考核统计时间(均P<0.01)。结论护理绩效考核信息系统的应用,可实现自动统计护理人员的绩效,提高护理管理效率。Objective To explore the methods for nurse performance evaluation and to improve the efficiency of nursing management. Methods We cooperated with the information department to develop a computer-assisted nurse performance appraisal system using C # programming language. The system, which included four modules (nursing workload, nursing post, nursing quality, and nursesr competence level), could automatically extract data from the hospital information system and nursing information system to calculate nurses' performance. Results Openness and transparency of nurse performance appraisal was achieved by using the system. Time for calculating nurses' performance was significantly shortened (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Application of the computer-as sisted nurse performance appraisal system can realize automatic calculation of nurses' performance, thus to improve efficiency of nursing management.
