高等学校省级教学成果培育路径研究——基于对近两届湖北省教学成果奖获奖项目的统计分析

摘　　要：设立教学成果奖是为了肯定教育工作者的教学成果,深化教育教学改革,提高教学水平和人才培养质量。通过对近两届湖北省高等学校教学成果奖获奖项目的统计分析,指出教学成果培育中存在的问题,从学校教学成果培育工作组织计划、团队建设、成果提炼、支撑材料收集等注意事项提出几点建议,以期为高等学校教学成果培育提供参考。The establishment of teaching award is to affirm the teaching achievement of the educators, deepen reform, improve the teaching level and education quality. In this paper, through the statistical analysis of the teaching award winning projects in the recent two rounds in Hubei colleges and universities, the authors point out the problems in the cultivation of teaching achievements, put forward suggestions from the work of the organization plan, team building, the results of the refining, supporting materials, in order to provide a reference for the cultivation of higher education.
