摘　　要：茶叶用作饲料添加剂可较好地提高畜禽产品品质，因此本文综述了茶叶所合营养及活性成分、生物学功能及其在提升畜禽产品品质中的应用。Tea used as feed additives can improve the quality of animal products, therefore this paper summarizes the nutrients and active ingredients in the tea, the biological function and its application in improving the quality of animal products.
